I just want to say that Jeremy Ponds with Path of Life Nutrition helped me tremendously during my recent pregnancy.  I knew I needed to get a “handle” on my eating habits to ensure that I was feeding little one and myself nutrient rich foods.  I was told by medical professionals that I did not need to see anyone for assistance, but I am glad that I did.  I was educated on the best meal plans for me to use with my busy schedule and also the best foods for me to eat.
