Once we have you connected as a member, you will sit down with your practitioner to start the first of what we hope will be many fruitful sessions! You will discuss health history, diet patterns, lifestyle
habits, medications, supplements, labs and many other factors to create a pathway to success. From there, you will work together with your practitioner to meet weekly or every few weeks to chat, share, learn and continue the journey towards a healthier life.
