With over 34 years of experience, Roberta is a licensed dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist who brings both deep expertise and heartfelt compassion to her work. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Louisiana Tech University and has served in clinical and outpatient roles across hospital systems in the Southeast. Roberta has coordinated and managed outpatient diabetes programs in both Florida and South Carolina, offering a rare level of insight into diabetes nutrition and management.

Known for her attention to detail and personalized approach, Roberta creates practical, organized meal plans that empower clients to successfully manage their diabetes and overall health.

Outside of her work with clients, Roberta is active in her church, serves on the South Carolina Diabetes Advisory Council, and speaks, teaches, and writes on nutrition topics locally and for news organizations.
