Courtney brings a wealth of experience to the Path of Life Nutrition team, with degrees in Dietetics from San Francisco State University and International Business from the University of Georgia. Early in her career, she served as a Clinical Dietitian in a large medical center, later becoming Director of Nutritional Services for the nation’s largest system of rehabilitation hospitals—overseeing patient counseling, menu planning, and multidisciplinary disease management programs.
Passionate about a non-diet approach, Courtney helps clients improve health through informed nutrition and lifestyle choices while celebrating the joy of eating in a creative way that’s meaningful for each individual. She loves a great salad, but also enjoys Cheesy Nachos and a good Guinness occasionally!
Outside of work, Courtney loves spending time with her husband and young kids, exercising and enjoying the outdoors, and using her creativity in food, art and home projects.
